THE WEDDING

The Hoopes' Residence

10 Chebacco Road, Ipswich, MA 01938

We can't wait to host you at our family home. Everything is onsite with the exception of parking.

TRANSPORTATION

Parking details:

We recommend arriving at 2:45 pm, if driving & parking your own vehicle.

A shuttle van will run from the parking lot to the house from 2:30 pm - 3:20 pm.
The shuttle will resume after dinner, on demand, with its last run at 11:45 pm.
If you'd prefer walking, it's an easy, safe, five-minute walk to/from the parking lot to the house following the road. Chebacco Road is well-lit at night.
Ride sharing services operate in the area. Consider leaving plenty of time before ordering one (especially to get to the ceremony on time). The destination should be the Pony Express Fields location.

CEREMONY

3:30 pm

The dress code is festive attire: dressy, vibrant, and fun! Guests will be seated for the ceremony but plan to dress comfortably for the rest of the evening to stand in the grass and dance. No white outfits, please (some white - i.e., a buttoned shirt under a jacket is okay).

We love your kids, but we kindly ask them to sit out for this one.

COCKTAIL HOUR

4 pm - 5:30 pm

Live jazz trio with thoughtful, delicious, custom cocktails designed by Ryan Edwards, a full bar and plenty of fun non-alcoholic drinks.

DINNER

5:30 pm - 7 pm

Seated under the tent with music, toasts, beverages, and delicious food.

DANCING

7 pm - 11 pm

Under the tent

We have two spectacular DJs and a dance-club sound system lined up to keep us groovin' all night. As Phil says, "It's gonna slap." Come ready to boogie.

Travel

Getting to Ipswich

Ipswich is a short trip from Boston. You can fly into Boston Logan Airport, and get to Ipswich via train or car. We recommend having access to a car to make your stay in/around Ipswich more enjoyable!
